Towing Rules and Provisions
- Only roadworthy, four-wheel, duly LTO-registered, privately-owned passenger cars or not-for-hire vehicles, regardless of model and mileage, can be enrolled for AAP Membership.
- Members can avail of free emergency roadside and towing services starting seven (7) calendar days after the car is enrolled.
- Should a member need to avail of Emergency Roadside Services (ERS) before the 7-day period, he or she will be charged a mobilization fee of P1,500.00 plus P180.00 per kilometer tow distance, with a minimum of 5 kilometers.
- Only AAP-registered vehicles shall be provided with the emergency roadside service.
- Active AAP members who will exceed their free towing mileage at the time of intervention will be charged P150.00 per kilometer.
- Active AAP members who have consumed their entitled free ERS interventions and according mileage will be charged a mobilization fee of P1,500.00 plus P150.00 per kilometer, with a minimum of 5 kilometers, along the areas covered by the AAP ERS.
- Services Area
The one-way charging (mileage count) is limited only within the following cities/areas where the AAP offices are located and the expressways covered by the AAP towing service:
- Metro Manila
- San Fernando City, Pampanga
- Lipa City, Batangas
- Cebu City
- Davao City
- South Luzon Expressways (SLEX), Naiax, Skyway Operations and Maintenance Corp. (SOMCO), STAR tollways, Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 (MMSS-3)
Two-way charging (mileage count) shall be applied outside the above-mentioned areas. - AAP offices:

- Excluded Areas
The following areas are excluded from AAP’s towing services:
- Lanao del Norte
- Lanao del Sur
- North Cotabato
- South Cotabato
- Maguindanao
- Sultan Kudarat
- Sulu
- Tawi-Tawi
- Basilan
- Zamboanga del Norte
- Zamboanga del Sur
- Zamboanga Sibugay
- Compostela Valley
- Catanduanes
- Masbate
- Saranggani
- Batanes
- Romblon
- Marinduque
- Guimaras
- Camiguin
- Waiting Time AAP will only wait for a maximum of 30 minutes upon arrival at the pick-up point, beyond that period, the motorist shall be charged the amount of P560.00 (vat inclusive) per hour.
At the request of the motorist, AAP may take the vehicle at his/her preferred drop-off location. Towed vehicles shall be unloaded immediately at drop-off point. The AAP crew shall only wait a maximum period of 30 minutes upon arrival at the designated location. AAP shall charge an amount of P560.00 (vat inclusive) per hour for waiting beyond the maximum allotted period.
- Fuel Service Assistance
A minimum of four (4) liters and maximum of eight (8) liters of unleaded, premium, or diesel gasoline can be made available by AAP assisting personnel to those that run out of gas. The fuel cost shall be charged to the motorist and/or member upon completion of service.
- Basement and Multi-level Parking Recovery
Non-members who avail of Emergency Roadside Service (ERS) in basement or multi-level parking areas shall be charged a fee of ₱2,500 for the utilization of the service. - Transport Charges
AAP will charge a fee of P3,400.00 for the first five kilometers and P150.00 for each succeeding kilometer. Likewise, members who have consumed their own towing benefits will also be charged P150.00/km for succeeding kilometers. - Other Fees
Other fees such as administrative charge in subdivisions, privately used roads, mall parking lots, toll fees along expressways, and the like are charged on top of the towing service fee.
