RAFFLE MECHANICS

  1. Eligibility (Who Are Qualified and Not Qualified To Join)

    a. All active AAP members (Motorcycle, Lite, Associate, Regular, and Elite) with existing insurance policies for motorcycle, motor car, property (fire) or travel insurance are qualified to join starting January 15, 2025 to September 15,2025.

    b. DISQUALIFICATION: AAP employees and officers are not qualified to join the raffle.

  2. Promo Coverage

    Promotion coverage is nationwide, encompassing all current and future AAP offices/branches/kiosks (Main Office-Quezon City, Manila, Baliwag, Manila Bay, Feliz, Fairview Terraces, Alabang, Southwoods, Dasmarinas, Makati, Market Market, Lipa, Batangas, Calamba, Sta. Rosa, San Fernando Pampanga, Marquee, La Union, Cebu, Davao, Abreeza)

  3. Promo Duration

    a. 
    Promo duration is from January 15, 2025 to September 15, 2025.

  4.  Mechanics

    A. Raffle Entry
    1. All active AAP members (Motorcycle, Lite, Associate, Regular, and Elite) who shall renew their motorcycle, motor car, property (fire) or travel insurance insurance are entitled to join the raffle promo where they have the chance to win a major prize or the grand prize: an AAP-limited edition Vespa Primavera S.

    2. Qualified raffle participants with valid email addresses will receive an email confirming their automatic inclusion in the raffle. The email will also include their uniquely generated electronic raffle coupon number/s and the full e-raffle promo mechanics.

    3. AAP will send the respective email using insuranceraffle@aap.org.ph.

    4. Should a participant decide to opt out of the raffle, he/she can contact AAP to confirm his/her decision to voluntarily withdraw from the raffle.

    5. If the participant ops out of the raffle, AAP will send the club member a confirmation email and notifying the club member that the action of opting out of the promo is final and cannot be reversed.

    6. There is no limit to the number of e-coupon/s a raffle participant can receive.

    B. Coupon Distribution
    Qualified policy holders shall be given the according number of raffle coupon/s based on the premium paid per policy:

    D. Draw Date

    The electronic raffle draw will be held on October 15, 2025 and will be broadcasted live on AAP’s official Facebook page.


    E. Deadline

    Deadline of submission of entries for the raffle draw shall be on September 15, 2025.


    F. Determination of Winner

    If a name wins more than once, he/she gets the prize of a higher value. The winners may only win once. In the event that a participant is drawn more than once, another raffle entry shall automatically be drawn.


    G. Transferability

    Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.


    H. Notification of Winners and Other Guideline


    1. The winner’s AAP Membership and AAP Insurance should be active on the draw date. 

    2. 
    In the event that the AAP Insurance policyholder has an outstanding balance on their insurance premium at the time of the draw, the winner shall be required to fully settle any remaining balance within 15 days before the prize can be released.

    3. Failure to settle the outstanding balance within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the raffle prize, and an alternate winner will be drawn.

    4. The same goes for the winner’s AAP Membership, if his/her membership is expired at the time of the draw, it must be renewed before the prize can be released.


    5. 
    The grand prize winner may claim his/her prize at the AAP Tower while the major prizes may be claimed at the nearest AAP branch or outlet.

    6. An AAP Insurance representative will notify the winners through registered mailing address, email and phone call on how and when they can claim their prize.

    7. AAP will publish the winner’s name and photo in its supplement in the Philippine Daily Inquirer, AQ Magazine, official website (www.aap.org.ph), and its official social networking sites (Facebook and Instagram).

    8. Each 
    winner will be given one hundred twenty (120) days upon receipt of notification to claimhis/her prize. After the one hundred twenty (120) day claiming period, the unclaimed prizes will be forfieted in favor of AAP Insurance.

    9. The winner must present the e-raffle stub, registered e-mail, AAP membership card and a valid government-issued ID (e.g. driver’s license, SSS card, passport, birth certificate).

    10. Requirements for the winner’s representative in claiming the prize – an authorization letter from the winner, the e-raffle stub, AAP membership card and a valid government-issued ID. The winner’s representative must also present a valid government-issued ID as the basis for identification.

    11. The winner shall shoulder 20% final tax of the prize and all other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize such as logistics, insurance, registration, transfer of ownership and other related expenses to claim the prize.
