RAFFLE MECHANICS

1. Eligibility (Who Are Qualified and Not Qualified To Join)
• Qualified participants to join the raffle promo are all new and renewing AAP Elite, Regular, Associate, PIDP, Car Club and Motorcycle Plus (only those who availed of Package 4) members of each respective raffle month:

• All AAP members who shall avail of AAP and AAP Travel products and services such as nonlife insurance (car, home, health and travel) and Autocare Services.
• All AAP members who successfully refer a friend/family member for AAP membership.
• DISQUALIFICATION: Employees and officers of AAP, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the raffle promo.
• If a qualified participant wins in the current monthly raffle, he/she is no longer eligible to win in the succeeding monthly raffle draws.
1. Promo Coverage

   Promotion coverage is nationwide, encompassing all current and future AAP offices/branches/kiosks (Main Office-Quezon City, Feliz, Fairview Terraces, Alabang, Southwoods, Cavite, Makati, Market Market, Lipa Batangas, San Fernando Pampanga, Marquee, La Union, Cebu and Davao).

      1. Raffle Entry
      • New or renewing club members who avail of AAP Elite, Regular, Associate, PIDP, Car Club or Motorcycle Plus (only those who availed of Package 4) Membership for each respective month are automatically entitled to e-raffle ticket/s which will give them a chance to win the corresponding AAP Monthly Raffle prize/s.

      • Active members can join the monthly raffle by availing of AAP and AAP Travel products and services such as nonlife insurance (car, home, health and travel) and Autocare Services.
      • Qualified raffle participants with valid email addresses shall receive an email confirming their automatic inclusion in the raffle. The email will also include their uniquely generated electronic raffle coupon number/s and link to the full e-raffle promo mechanics.
      • AAP will send the respective email using roadto100@aap.org.ph
      • Should an AAP member decide to opt out of the raffle, he/she can contact AAP to confirm his/her decision to voluntarily withdraw from the raffle.
      • If an AAP member contacts AAP and requests to opt out of the raffle promo, AAP will send the club member a confirmation email and notifying the club member that the action of opting out of the promo is final and cannot be reversed.
      • There is no limit to the e-coupon number/s an AAP member can receive.
        
        
      1. Coupon Distribution

         Qualified AAP members shall be given the corresponding quantity of raffle coupons for each type of AAP membership, product, or service as seen in the table below:

      3. Double Coupon Distribution

         During AAP events such as in-house promos, car exhibits, club initiatives, or similar club activities, AAP can give out double the number of coupons as stated in in the Coupon Distribution Table to new or renewing applicants for AAP Elite, Regular, Associate, PIDP, Car Club and Motorcycle Plus (only those who availed of Package 4), as well as, those who avail of products and services from AAP Insurance, AAP Travel or AAP Autocare.

      4. Draw Date

         The electronic monthly raffle draw will be shown live on the official Facebook page of AAP on the respective dates:

         *The raffle draw shall be broadcasted in the presence of a Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) representative.

      5. Deadline

         Deadlines of submission of entries for each monthly raffle are as follows:

         Entries submitted after the deadline shall not be honored

      6. Determination of Winners

         If a name wins more than once, he/she gets the prize of a higher value. The winners may only win once. In the event that a participant is drawn more than once, another raffle entry shall automatically be drawn.

3. Transferability

   Prizes may be transferred to another individual, subject to the condition that the recipient can furnish appropriate proof:

   1. an authorization letter from the winner
   2. the e-raffle stub, AAP membership card of winner
   3. a valid government-issued ID
   4. the authorized person that the prize is transferred to must also present a valid government-issued ID as the basis for identification
      
      For company accounts, the registered company name shall be the official winner, however, the company may officially assign a recipient of the raffle prize. The said company shall present an official document authorizing such person to claim the prize.
      
      It is important to note, however, that prizes cannot be exchanged nor redeemed as cash or other items.
4. Notification of Winners and Other Guidelines
   
   1. 1. The winner’s AAP membership should be active on the car raffle draw date.
      2. The winner may claim his/her prize either at AAP tower or at the designated car dealer within Metro Manila where the unit is parked/located.
      3. An AAP representative will notify the winners through registered mail, email and phone call on how and when they can claim their prize.
      4. AAP will publish the winner’s name and photo in its supplement in the Philippine Daily Inquirer, AQ Magazine, official website (www.aap.org.ph), and its official social networking sites (Facebook and Instagram).
         
         
5. Claiming of Prizes 

1. Each winner will be given sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification to claim his/her prize except for winners of travel prizes or vouchers. After the sixty (60) days claiming period, the unclaimed prize will be forfeited in favor of AAP with prior DTI approval.
2. The winner must present the e-raffle stub, registered mail, AAP membership card and a valid government-issued ID (e.g. driver’s license, SSS card, passport, birth certificate).
3. Validity of travel prizes are:

   1. local travel: 1 year
   2. foreign travel: 6 months
   3. travel voucher/gift checks: no expiry
4. For the AAP Monthly prize of May “Electricity Covered By AAP,” the total amount paid by each winner will be reimbursed by AAP:
   AAP will only reimburse the total amount paid, not exceeding P10,000.
   To claim the power expense reimbursement each winner should present:
   (1) official billing from respective electricity provider
   (2) official receipt reflecting total amount paid
5. Requirements for the winner’s representative in claiming the prize:
   1. an authorization letter from the winner
   2. the e-raffle stub
   3. AAP membership card and a valid government-issued ID
   4. The winner’s representative must also present a valid government-issued ID as the basis for identification.
6. The winner shall shoulder 20% final tax of the prize and all other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize such as logistics, insurance, registration, transfer of ownership and other related expenses to claim the prize.

1. Reservation of Rights
   1. All decisions made by AAP are final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained with the concurrence of the DTI.
   2. AAP reserves the right to disqualify anyone who, in their opinion, has tampered with or disrupted the entry process or operation of this contest or has violated the rules.
   3. AAP reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate this program with the approval of DTI.
