RAFFLE MECHANICS

1. Eligibility (Who Are Qualified and Not Qualified To Join)
   1. All active, new and renewing AAP Elite, Regular, Associate, PIDP, and Car Club members starting March 12, 2026 to April 21, 2026 are qualified to join the raffle promo.
   2. All AAP members who shall avail of AAP products and services such as AAP Autocare and AAP Travel.
   3. All AAP members who successfully refer a friend/family member through the AAP Member-Get-Member Program for AAP membership.
   4. DISQUALIFICATION: Employees and officers of AAP, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the raffle promo.
2. Promo Coverage
   1. Promotion coverage is nationwide, encompassing all current and future AAP offices/branches/kiosks (Main Office-Quezon City, Manila, Baliwag, Manila Bay, Feliz, Fairview Terraces, Alabang, Southwoods, Dasmarinas, Makati, Market Market, Lipa, Batangas, Calamba, Sta. Rosa, San Fernando Pampanga, Marquee, La Union, Cebu, Davao, Abreeza).
3. Promo Duration
   1. Promo period is from March 12, 2026 to April 21, 2026.
4. Mechanics
   
   1. Raffle Entry
   1. New and renewing Elite, Regular, Associate, PIDP, and Car Club members from March 12, 2026 to April 21, 2026 are qualified to join the e-raffle.
   2. Qualified AAP Members will have the chance to win a minor or major prize or the grand prize: a brand-new AAP-limited edition 2026 Lexus LBX.
   3. On the AAP Member Portal dashboard, there is a dedicated promotional banner where participants can click “Join Now” to enter the raffle.
   4. In the Raffle page, qualified participants need to fill out the e-coupon and provide their:
      ● name
      ● mobile number
      ● email address
      ● complete address
   5. Then, by ticking the checkbox, they give their consent to the collection and use of their personal data for the purpose of the current raffle. It also signifies their consent to submit any additional e-coupons received upon availing of succeeding AAP products and services.
   6. Once the electronic ticket is fully accomplished, clicking the “Submit Now” button sends the e-coupon to the electronic dropbox. The raffle participant will then receive a confirmation email indicating successful submission, along with their assigned e-coupon number(s) for the raffle.
   7. There is no limit to the number of e-coupon/s an AAP member can receive.
   2. Coupon Distribution

      Qualified AAP members shall be given the corresponding quantity of raffle coupons for each type of AAP Membership, product, or service as seen below:

• List of Prizes

• Double Coupon Distribution
  1. During AAP events such as car exhibits, club initiatives, or similar activities, AAP can give out double the number of coupons as stated in the Coupon Distribution Table to new or renewing applicants of AAP Membership, as well as, those who avail of products and services from AAP Travel and AAP Autocare.
• Draw Date

  The electronic raffle draw will be held on April 30, 2026 and will be broadcasted live on the official Facebook page of AAP.
  
  It will be conducted in the presence of a Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) representative.

• Deadline

  Deadline of submission of entries for the raffle draw shall be on April 21, 2026. Entries submitted after the deadline shall not be honored.

• Determination of Winners

  If a name wins more than once, he/she gets the prize of a higher value. The winners may only win once. In the event that

• Transferability

  The prizes are not transferable and cannot be converted to cash. For company accounts, the registered company name shall be the official winner, however, the company may officially assign a recipient of the raffle prize. The said company shall present an official document authorizing such person to claim the prize.

• Notification of Winners and Other Guidelines
  1. The winner’s AAP membership should be active on the car raffle draw date.
  2. The winner may claim his/her prize either at AAP Tower or at the designated car dealer within Metro Manila where the unit is parked/located.
  3. An AAP representative will notify the winners through registered mailing address, email and phone call on how and when they can claim their prize.
  4. AAP will publish the winner’s name and photo in its supplement in the Philippine Daily Inquirer, AQ Magazine, official website (www.aap.org.ph), and its official social networking sites (Facebook and Instagram).
  5. Each winner will be given one hundred twenty (120) days upon receipt of notification to claim his/her prize. After the one hundred twenty (120) day claiming period, the unclaimed prize will be forfeited in favor of AAP with prior DTI approval.
  6. The winner must present the e-raffle stub, registered e-mail, AAP membership card and a valid government-issued ID (e.g. driver’s license, SSS card, passport, birth certificate).
  7. Requirements for the winner’s representative in claiming the prize – an authorization letter from the winner, the e-raffle stub, AAP membership card and a valid government-issued ID. The winner’s representative must also present a valid government-issued ID as the
     basis for identification.
  8. The winner shall shoulder 20% final tax of the prize and all other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize such as logistics, insurance, registration, transfer of ownership and other related expenses to claim the prize.
• Reservation of Rights
  1. 1. All decisions made by AAP are final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained with the concurrence of the DTI.
        AAP reserves the right to disqualify anyone who, in their opinion, has tampered with or disrupted the entry process or operation of this contest or has violated the rules. AAP reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate this program with the approval of DTI.
