RAFFLE MECHANICS

  1. Eligibility (Who Are Qualified and Not Qualified To Join)
    1. All active, new and renewing AAP Elite, Regular, Associate, PIDP, Car Club and Motorcycle Plus (only those who availed of Package 4) members starting August 10, 2022 until April 17, 2023 are qualified to join the raffle promo.
    2. All AAP members who shall avail of AAP and AAP Travel products and services such as nonlife insurance (car, home, health and travel) and Autocare
    3. All AAP members who successfully refer a friend/family member for AAP membership.
    4. DISQUALIFICATION: Employees and officers of AAP, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the raffle promo.
  2. Promo Coverage

    Promotion coverage is nationwide, encompassing all AAP offices/branches (Main Office-Quezon City, Alabang, Makati, Lipa Batangas, San Fernando Pampanga, Cebu and Davao).

  3. Promo Duration
    1. Promo duration is from August 10, 2022 to April 17, 2023.
  4. Mechanics
    1. Raffle Entry
      1. Depending on the type of AAP Membership availed, all active Elite, Regular, Associate, PIDP, Car Club and Motorcycle Plus (only those who availed of Package 4) Members starting August 10, 2022 are entitled to e-raffle ticket which will give them a chance to win a minor or major prize or the grand prize: a brand-new AAP-limited edition Nissan Navara 2.5 Pro - 4x4 AT.
      2. New and renewing Elite, Regular, Associate, PIDP, Car Club and Motorcycle Plus (only those who availed of Package 4) Members from August 10, 2022 until April 17, 2023 are also qualified to join the e-raffle.
      3. Qualified AAP members with valid email addresses shall receive an email with the e-raffle promo mechanics, their unique electronically generated raffle ticket, and the link to the electronic drop box. AAP will send the email using roadto100@aap.org.ph
      4. To join the e-raffle, AAP members should submit their electronically generated raffle tickets in the electronic drop
      5. Upon completion of the e-raffle registration, AAP members shall receive an acknowledgement email and a copy of their corresponding e-raffle coupon from AAP.

      Qualified AAP members shall be given the corresponding quantity of raffle coupons for each type of AAP membership, product, or service as seen in the table below:

    4. Draw Date

      The electronic raffle draw will be held on April 27, 2023, Thursday, from 3:00 PM-4:00 PM and will be shown live on Facebook live (official page of AAP in Facebook).

      *The raffle draw shall be broadcasted via the provided options with the presence of a Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) representative.

    5. Deadline

      Deadline of submission of entries for the raffle draw shall be on April 17, 2023 (Monday). Entries submitted after the deadline shall not be honored.

    6. Determination of Winners

      If a name wins more than once, he/she gets the prize of a higher value. The winners may only win once. In the event that a participant is drawn more than once, another raffle entry shall automatically be drawn.

  5. Transferability

    The prizes are not transferable and cannot be converted to cash. For company accounts, the registered company name shall be the official winner, however, the company may officially assign a recipient of the raffle prize. The said company shall present an official document authorizing such person to claim the prize.

  6. Notification of Winners and Other Guidelines
      1. The winner’s AAP membership should be active on the car raffle draw date.
      2. he winner may claim his/her prize either at AAP tower or at the designated car dealer within Metro Manila where the unit is parked/located.
      3. An AAP representative will notify the winners through registered mail, email and phone call on how and when they can claim their prize.
      4. AAP will publish the winner’s name and photo in its supplement in the Philippine Daily Inquirer, AQ Magazine, official website (www.aap.org.ph), and its official social networking sites (Facebook and Instagram).
      5. Each winner will be given one hundred twenty (120) days upon receipt of notification to claim his/her prize. After the one hundred twenty (120) day claiming period, the unclaimed prize will be forfeited in favor of AAP with prior DTI approval.
      6. The winner must present the e-raffle stub, registered mail, AAP membership card and a valid government-issued ID (e.g. driver’s license, SSS card, passport, birth certificate).
      7. Requirements for winner’s representative in claiming the prize – an authorization letter from the winner, the e-raffle stub, AAP membership card and a valid government-issued ID. The winner’s representative must also present a valid government-issued ID as basis for identification.
      8. The winner shall shoulder 20% final tax of the prize and all other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize such as logistics, insurance, registration, transfer of ownership and other related expenses to claim the prize.
  7. Reservation of Rights
    1. All decisions made by AAP are final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained with the concurrence of the DTI.
    2. AAP reserves the right to disqualify anyone who, in their opinion, has tampered with or disrupted the entry process or operation of this contest or has violated the rules.
    3. AAP reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate this program with the approval of DTI.
